We are pleased to introduce Food Company's newest concept: Nonna. Our Executive Chef is Shelley's son, Julian Barsotti.

Julian spent years perfecting his culinary techniques training in Italy and California. He is committed to continuing the Food Company vision with a new twist: a focus on Italy. Daily menus are shaped by locally harvested produce, meat and seafood -- raised in a sustainable manner whenever possible. We are proud that our newest concept allows us to expand our Food Company vision and return to our oldest roots: fine Italian dining in the spirit of Nonna.
